It reaches you by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse — usually 1 to 2 business days after you place it. Check your spam folder before assuming it has not been sent.
Nothing showing yet?
A new number can take up to 48 hours to go live with the carrier. That gap is normal and does not mean anything is wrong. Delivery to the US runs 7 to 10 days from dispatch.
Still not right?
Email support@onixyfootwear.com with your order number. A person reads it, and you get an answer within one business day.
Tracking is provided by 17TRACK, which reads directly from more than 2,500 carriers worldwide. We do not edit or delay what it shows you.
