These Terms of Service govern your use of onixyfootwear.com and any purchase you make from ONIXY. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You confirm that the payment details you provide are your own or that you are authorised to use them.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary between screens, and photographs are a guide rather than an exact match. Minor variation between the image and the item you receive is not a fault.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable duties and taxes as described in our Shipping Policy. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

Occasionally an item may be listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or human error. Where this happens we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — and will refund you in full — where the item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot ship to the address given.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details at any point.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, images, layout, logos and the ONIXY name — is owned by us or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break any law, to introduce malicious code, to interfere with its operation, or to collect data about other users.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
