Free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for $4.99, and the exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. If customs assess import duties or taxes on your parcel, they are payable on delivery.

- Delivered in 3–8 days anywhere in the United States.
- Tracking on every order. The number reaches you by email the moment your parcel is dispatched, so you can follow it the whole way.
Tracking can take up to 48 hours to go live after you receive it — that is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

30 days to change your mind. Try them on at home. If the fit is not right, you have a full month from delivery to start a return.
- Wrong, damaged or faulty? We cover it. If the item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we pay the return shipping and refund you in full — shipping included. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.
- Changed your mind? Return shipping is on you, and your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel reaching us.
- Condition: unworn, in the original box. Try them indoors on a clean surface so the soles stay unmarked.
