30 days to change your mind. Try them on at home. If the fit is not right, you have a full month from delivery to start a return.
- Wrong, damaged or faulty? We cover it. If the item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we pay the return shipping and refund you in full — shipping included. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.
- Changed your mind? Return shipping is on you, and your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel reaching us.
- Condition: unworn, in the original box. Try them indoors on a clean surface so the soles stay unmarked.
How to start: email support@onixyfootwear.com with your order number. We reply with a return authorisation and the address, within one business day. Please wait for it before sending anything back.
Not sure about your size? Open the size guide above. It works from foot length in millimetres, which is far more reliable than the number you normally buy — and it is the single best way to avoid a return.

The pair you notice only when you run out of them.
Cushioned where the foot takes impact, thin where the shoe is tight. Sold in a three-pack because one is never the number you need.
Why you'll wear it
- Cushioned underfoot. Padding at the heel and ball of the foot.
- Stays up. Ribbed cuff that holds through the day.
- Breathable knit. Thinner across the top so the shoe still fits right.
- Three-pack. Enough to have a clean pair on hand.
Care
Machine wash cold with like colours. Air dry.

Measure your foot from heel to longest toe while standing, late in the day. Match the length to the table — it is more reliable than the size you usually buy. Between two sizes? Take the larger one.
