30 days to change your mind. Try them on at home. If the fit is not right, you have a full month from delivery to start a return.
- Wrong, damaged or faulty? We cover it. If the item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we pay the return shipping and refund you in full — shipping included. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.
- Changed your mind? Return shipping is on you, and your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel reaching us.
- Condition: unworn, in the original box. Try them indoors on a clean surface so the soles stay unmarked.
How to start: email support@onixyfootwear.com with your order number. We reply with a return authorisation and the address, within one business day. Please wait for it before sending anything back.
Not sure about your size? Open the size guide above. It works from foot length in millimetres, which is far more reliable than the number you normally buy — and it is the single best way to avoid a return.

A clean silhouette that goes with everything you own.
Low profile, honest materials and a shape that has outlasted every trend it has passed through. The sneaker you reach for when you have not decided what the day looks like yet.
Why you'll wear it
- Low and lean. A slim profile that sits well under denim and tailoring alike.
- Wears in, not out. Takes on character with use instead of looking tired.
- Cushioned footbed. Comfortable enough for a full day standing.
- Season-proof. Works the same in March and in September.
- 3 colourways. Black, Green, Red.
Care
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry away from direct heat. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Measure your foot from heel to longest toe while standing, late in the day. Match the length to the table — it is more reliable than the size you usually buy. Between two sizes? Take the larger one.
